What wattage of light bulb
does the warmer use?
Warmers use 25-watt, 20-watt
bulbs, and 15-watt bulbs. Each Scentsy Warmer lists the appropriate bulb
wattage on the silver label at the base of the warmer. Using a light bulb of
higher wattage than recommended automatically voids the Lifetime Replacement
Warranty and the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
What is Scentsy’s Lifetime
Replacement Warranty and the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee?
Scentsy Family products come
with a Lifetime Replacement Warranty for manufacturer’s defects. If a product
has a manufacturer’s defect or indication of an electrical issue, the item may
be returned with no limitation on time for a replacement.
The 30-Day Satisfaction
Guarantee states that if a customer is dissatisfied with any Scentsy Family
product, the customer may return the product to the Consultant within 30 days
of purchase for an exchange or replacement.
If an item arrives damaged in
shipping from Scentsy Family, let us know as soon as possible so a replacement
can be issued.
What’s the difference between those department
store warmers and Scentsy Warmers?
Scentsy warmers and
accessories are designed with you in mind. Our Consultants have thoroughly
tested the market and know what designs you like. Each Scentsy warmer is hand
made, never prefab, and is designed from the consumers own ideas (that's why we
have over 130 designs). Product safety then comes into play. Our warmers are
designed so that they never get too hot, never break under the heat of the
light bulb inside and use a minimum of electricity needed to give long-lasting
fragrance for your home or favorite place there within. Our smallest warmer is equivalent
in size to their largest and only a few designs are available to you, thus leaving
you to pick “what they want you to buy”, not “what you can choose from to buy”.
Their best warmer at the department store is listed with many, many consumer
warnings, limited replacement warranties, returns to the store, replacement
